It is considered one of the best remedy for many digestive system related diseases and overall fitness. Special Triphala is actually a bit different from normal triphala where the composition of Amla, Baheda and Harad is 1:1:1. Many different vaids and ayurvedic practitioners use this special triphala or triphala kalp differently to treat many digestive system related and other problem. Ingredients of Special Triphala Powder

The three miracle ingredients of Special: Amla or Amlaki Powder, Baheda or Bibhitaki and Harad or Haritaki has immense health benefits.

Amla or Amlaki is a high source of Vitamin c, natural antioxidants & iron that nourishes tissues and gently removes toxins from body. It is beneficial for eyes, hair, bones and skin. It supports proper functioning of liver, spleen and pancreas. Amla is a core ingredient of Triphala which is beneficial for digestive system and has many other benefits.

Baheda or Bibhitaki is one of the core ingredients of Triphala which is widely used medicine for digestive care. Baheda helps in maintaing balance of kapha in body and it is specially helpful in supporting organs where kapha tends to accumilate. Baheda works as a detoxifier and also helps to manage loss of appetite, thirst, bloating and flatulence.

Harad or Haritiki is an active ingredient of many ayurvedic preparations. Harad is an excellent digestive system detox, extremely useful in digestive disorders like constipation, loss of appetite, improper digestion etc. It is traditionally used as a remedy for vata imbalance and helps in maintaining regular elimination and promotes healthy body mass. 

Method of using Triphala Kalp or Special Triphala
Take a clean utensil for mixing the powders. Take all pouches. Mix well with help of a spoon. Store properly in an air tight jar. This powder is to be taken with water early morning, empty stomach after doing morning chorus.
