Triphala – A great combination of three fruits, Amlaki or Amla, Bibhitaki or Baheda and Haritaki or Harad. It is considered one of the best remedy for many digestive system related diseases and overall fitness. Special Triphala is actually a bit different from normal triphala where the composition of Amla, Baheda and Harad is 1:1:1. Many different vaids and ayurvedic practitioners use this special triphala or triphala kalp differently to treat many digestive system related and other problem. Method of using Triphala Kalp or Special Triphala
Take a clean utensil for mixing the powders. Take all pouches. Mix well with help of a spoon. Store properly in an air tight jar. This powder is to be taken with water early morning, empty stomach after doing morning chorus.
