Uses of Adusa:
For cough
Take 100 grams of Adusa powder and 100 grams of Le’ayur Mulethi Powder in a clean bow.
Take 1 glass of water and add ½ tsp of adusa and mulethi powder mixture and bring to boil.
Reduce to ½ glass. Let it cool and drink lukewarm. Take this kada morning and evening for 3-4 days
For Asthama
½ tsp of Adusa powder with honey, twice a day. For a period of 3-6 months approximately.
